Asymmetric Pink Dress

I bought the fabric for this a couple of months back, but didn't really have anything in mind for it when I did so. Pink isn't really a colour I gravitate towards, in fact, it's generally something I avoid like the plague, so quite why I bought it I'm not sure. But I actually ended up liking it - it feels so soft to the touch and has a gorgeous drape, and as pinks go, it's not a bad one.

Since I didn't have any idea what to do with it, I just played around with it on my mannequin until I settled on a concept I liked. 

I settled on this last one, so drafted out a pattern for it. I wasn't in the mood for anything overly complicated, so I just made the back the same design as the front.
